BethAnn oversees pipe fabrication at our shop in Masury, OH, and also supports supervisors and employees as they serve our customers. She works closely with the design team and our superintendents to schedule work for projects along the East Coast. She maintains an inventory of materials and continually works to improve the fabrication process, staff safety, and team production targets.

BethAnn is also responsible for implementing the policies and procedures set forth by our other established fabrication shops, meeting our high standards of safety and quality.

Expertise

BethAnn joined Shambaugh as an Administrative Assistant, where she learned the basics of fire protection fabrication from the office side of the business. She showed an interest in the fabrication process and took it upon herself to learn what happened outside the walls of the office, often jumping in and getting her hands dirty on the fabrication floor. She then became a part of the management team at out Masury fabrication shop. Among her professional credentials is OSHA-30 certification for general industry.

The Personal Side

BethAnn and her husband have two adult sons. She enjoys outdoor activities such as overnight hiking, motorcycle rides, and cruising through our oceans, and is an avid fan of the Steelers and Ohio State football.
