As fire protection fabrication shop manager of our Brea, California operating location, Vicente (Vince) is responsible for providing a safe environment for all shop employees, which involves strictly enforcing safe work habits and the proper use of personal protective equipment. 

He works together with the design group to schedule fabrication and communicates with our project managers and field staff to help ensure that all material delivery dates are met. 

In addition, he maintains service records on equipment and randomly inspects fabricated material to help ensure excellent quality. Vince has strong customer service skills gained through his years of experience in sales and customer service.

Expertise

Vince began his career in the construction industry in 2000, joining Shambaugh in 2020. His diverse experience includes opening and managing a supply house/fabrication shop in one of the busiest and most demanding markets in southern California. 

He also performed outside sales and customer service for suppliers and manufacturers, while working with some of the largest contractors and sprinkler manufacturers.

Vince enjoys being outdoors and working out with his son on the baseball field.
