Tony is responsible for all fire protection fabrication operations across the U.S. He manages all internal, and some external, fabrication operations nationally within the Shambaugh Fire Protection family.
He helps to ensure corporate safety policies are communicated and implemented and that employees receive the training they need to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
Tony’s knowledge and leadership have been invaluable in helping launch fabrication facilities in Alabama and Arizona.

For decades, Tony has worked in the manufacturing industry. His specialized experience includes working on processes, engaging with and motivating large staffs, motivating employees to give their best by fostering open communication, providing feedback, and offering developmental training to enrich their skill level. His professional certifications include Six Sigma, 5S, and OSHA 30-hour
Tony excels at establishing new facilities by developing realistic target dates and keeping expectations high. He was the driving force behind the Fort Wayne fire protection fabrication shop relocation which expanded the facility from 40,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet.
The Personal Side
Tony is married and has four daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys riding motorcycles, spending time with his dogs, and being with his family.
