Garrett is responsible for overseeing fabrication operations across multiple shifts, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and production. He schedules the workflow in the shop, collaborating with field superintendents, jobsite foremen, and designers.
He is also responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels throughout the shop to help ensure there is enough stock for jobs, as well as the necessary tools to complete each job efficiently.
Expertise
Garrett joined the Progressive Pipe Fabricators team as a welder in 2020. From this position, he was promoted to quality control, and then to Trinity fabrication shop manager in 2023.
He is a 6G certified welder through Global Tech Institute, OSHA-10 certified, and CPR trained. He also serves as the safety coordinator for our Trinity location.
