Tony is responsible for overseeing all of our Fort Wayne, Masury, and Trinity fabrication operations. Based at the Fort Wayne shop, he also serves as direct manager for the entire Fort Wayne team. Tony implements quality and process improvements in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
As a Shambaugh safety coordinator, he maintains a visible presence within the shop across three shifts, working closely with each manager and encouraging staff to continually choose safe and effective work practices.
Expertise
Tony has been a valued member of the Shambaugh team since 1993. He started his career as an apprentice with the Local 669 Road Sprinkler Fitters and he completed the five-year automatic sprinkler apprentice training program through Penn State University.
Tony managed the Fort Wayne fire protection fabrication shop from 1999 through 2015. He then served as operations manager for our field superintendents from 2008 through 2021, when he was promoted to Fort Wayne fabrication shop plant manager.
His professional background includes multiple certifications and training accolades, including:

- Dale Carnegie graduate
- Associate degree in business administration and general business studies from Ivy Tech State College in Fort Wayne, IN
