As fabrication shop manager of our Masury, Ohio, location, Nick monitors shop inventory levels, tracks orders for materials, updates parties in regards to backorders or shipping delays, and creates methods for using excess material. 

He is involved in the hiring process for all new staff and collaborates across teams to share, coordinate, and implement new ideas directly related to design, fabrication, and field productivity.

Additionally, Nick helps to repair, rebuild, troubleshoot, design, and implement equipment and fabrication areas to increase productivity, safety, and quality. He is also responsible for all fabrication quality issues and works directly with the safety team to help ensure safe work practices.

Expertise

Nick began his career in leadership as a foreman in the property management industry, focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. He joined PPF in 2023 as a fabricator and worked his way up to shop manager. His experience in safety and quality control makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Nick is a single father of three children, a former class 2 firefighter, and enjoys gaming.
