As Glendale’s Fabrication Shop Manager, Taylor is responsible for overseeing pipe fabrication, as well as all the employees in the shop. She is also in charge of the hiring process and maintaining an inventory of all the materials necessary for the shop to function efficiently. She remains in frequent communication with project superintendents and maintains a good standing relationship with them.
Taylor is a safety ambassador, helping to increase awareness and productivity while ensuring her team is creating a quality product. Proper safety practices are reinforced as she facilitates the truck loading process and ensures that the correct materials are loaded onto the correct outbound trucks.
